Pulled up on the bank,
the old boat’s sprung a leak
and filled with leaves.
Ted Kooser has retired from teaching and public life and is enjoying writing at his home in rural Nebraska. His most recent collection is a limited edition chapbook, A Suite of Moons, published in letterpress by Gibraltar Editions in Omaha.
